Under-age drinkers
Sir,—The increasing number of teenagers between the ages of about 13 and 18 drinking alcohol really worries me. The oldfashioned, yet still so widely used
“macho” image among young males continues to apply unnecessary peer-pressure in today’s high schools. I ask you, where does it end? But what I still do not understand is how the youngsters get hold of the liquor. I believe that hotel owners pretend not to notice the youthful, obviously under-aged, faces that appear at their bar every Saturday night.
