Theft from shop
Nine leather jackets valued at $350 each were stolen from the Symon and Lowther men’s wear store in Colombo Street last evening, according to the police. A jack was thrown through the window of the premises in the smash-and-grab raid. The burglary occurred about 10.55 p.m. No other details were available last evening.
