Craig — a son, Alex Daniel, on August 13, 1985, at 9.56 p.m., at Christchurch Women’s Hospital. Both doing well, both now at Lincoln Hospital. MURPHY — To Sandra and Graham, at Christchurch Women’s Hospital, on August 12, 1985 — a son (Luke Michael). A brother for James. Thanks to doctor and nursing staff. MURPHY—THORN — John and Helen have been blessed with the early arrival of their son (George John), on August 13, 1985, at St George's Hospital. Both well.

RUTHERFORD — Josephine and Patrick are proud to announce the arrival of Karl Darren (81b lOoz), on August 14, 1985, at Wendover Hospital. Seventeenth grandchild for Mrs Noeline Rutherford, and a first for Ina and Russel Steele.
