The loan is required to construct a sewerage and water supply scheme within the Governor’s Bay Urban Drainage Area. The sum proposed to be borrowed Is $1,235,000. The proposed term of the loan is 15 years, the rate of interest will be a market rate, and provision for repayment will be equal aggregate instalments of principal and interest.
