Abacus bonus
Shareholders in Wellingtonbased Abacus Consolidated, Ltd, have approved a l-for-10 bonus issue. The bonus shares will rank equally with existing ordinary shares’, except that they will not rank for the final dividend to be declared for the year to March. A second resolution to increase the capital of the company by ?7.5 million divided into 15 million 50c shares was also passed.
