CHATHAM ISLANDS COUNTY COUNCIL HARBOUR BY-LAW AMENDMENT NOTICE is hereby given that In accordance with the provisions of the Harbours Act 1950, the Chatham Islands County Council Empowering Act, 1980 and any other act, authority or amendment enabling it to do so, the Chatham Islands County Council has resolved by way of Special Order to amend the Chatham Islands County Council Harbour By-laws 1967 by adding thereto the provisions for a schedule of wharf handling change and harbour dues and the powers of the Council as the Harbour Authority to amend the schedule of changes from time to time but not more than once in any one financial year. Notice is further given that the Special Order will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Chatham Islands County Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Tuku Road, Waitangi on Wednesday the 11th day of September 1985 at 1.30 p.m. Copies of Council's Resolution and Draft By-law Amendment No. 1 1985 are available for inspection at the Council office during normal office hours.
