The library, based at Head Office, Parnell, Auckland, presently provides talking books and braille services to over 3500 registered members of the Foundation. The library operates its own talking books, recording studios, and holds almost 4000 talking books and braille titles. An average of 1200 cassettes are handled in and out of the library each day. Shortly the library will be transferring its catalogue and reader information to a computer based file. The present vacancy is for a manager of library services.
