Hellaby stake sold
PA Wellington Huttons (N.Z.), Ltd, has bought about 17 per cent of the share capital of R. and W. Hellaby, Ltd, at 130 c a share. Earlier in the day Crown Corporation, Ltd, said its wholly-owned subsidiary Aotearoa Meats Ltd had sold its 16 per cent holding in Hellaby. The chairman of Crown, Sir Roderick Weir, said the cash sale yielded a profit. He did not name the buyer.
