Debate venue, time
The venue and time for the South Island final of the secondary schools’ debating contest today have been changed. The debate will now be held in the board rooom of the Canterbury Chamber of Commerce, at the corner of Oxford Ter-
race and Worcester Street, at 1 p.m. Marlborough Girls’ High School will take the affirmative against John McGlashan College, of Dunedin, on the topic, "That hypocrisy is one of ocr nation’s characteristics.”
