Special thanks to Ngaire and Peter for being there for me, Te Rehua Marae and Staff, Ministers concerned, Aggie and the girls for their help at the house, Murray, Barbara and staff for the afternoon tea, Diane and Bruce for the Interflora spray deliveries, families and friends who travelled tar distances, also thanks to doctors and nursing staff of ward 32 Christchurch Hospital, District nurse and the Lost Chord Club for their concern during Gordon's Illness. WEST, Ken David — Shelagh, Rebecca, Alister and Ruth, Doreen and Peter Kersey and family, Lilian and Rae West and family, wish to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and support shown after the sudden loss of Ken.
