Live Aid pledges
PA Wellington Just over $1 million of the $4.1 million pledged by New Zealanders during last month’s Live Aid concert has been collected and banked, said a Live Aid spokesman, Mr Peter McNee, yesterday. Live Aid would probably go over the $4.1 million pledged on the day. He was delighted at the way money was coming in, said Mr McNee.
