Fisherman remanded
Nelson reporter A Nelson fisherman, David John Michael Hart, aged 30, was remanded yesterday in custody to the District Court at Auckland on August 12 on a charge that between May 20 and August 5 at Auckland and elsewhere in New Zealand he conspired with Wayne David Beri and others to
supply the class A drug, heroin. Hart was arrested as a result of a raid on a Nelson house by detectives on Monday evening. The raid was one of a series made by police throughout New Zealand at the same time. He appeared in the District Court at Nelson before Judge Seeman yesterday.
