Each column stands approximately 18 metres high with each support beam being 8.2 metres across. Ancillary equipment consists of a steel platform, pedestals and lifting links. The total weight of structure and equipment is approximately 120 tonnes with the heaviest single fabricated item being 8.3 tonnes. The department will supply • the majority of materials.
