Public Notices CLAIMS ADVERTISEMENT MAORI TRUST OFFICE NOTICE TO CREDITORS MAORI TRUST OFFICE PRIVATE BAG CHRISTCHURCH August 3, 1985 PURSUANT to Section 35 of the Trustee Act 1956, notice Is hereby given to creditors and other persons having claims against the estate specified in the schedule hereto that they must lodge particulars of such claims at the Maori Trustee Office at Christchurch on or before September 3, 1985. Any claim should be lodged in duplicate and must be certified as follows:— “I hereby certify that the amount of his claim was due and owing at the date of the death of the deceased.” If any person falls to lodge his claim by the date stipulated, his claim is liable to exclusion and the Maori Trustee will thereafter distribute the estate having regard only to the claims which have been received by the date aforesaid.
