AHI shares
Carter Holt Holdings, Ltd, now holds 86.7 per cent of the shares in Alex Harvey Industries, Ltd. Carter Holt told the Stock Exchange that, apart from the 10.1 per cent of AHI • held by N.Z. Forest Products, only 3.2 per cent of AHI shares are not held by Carter Holt. It ■ said the take-over offer remains open. AHI shareholders ~ selling to Carter Holt would receive a special dividend <• equivalent to Carter Holt’s final and bonus dividend
