Mr John A. Anderson Lloyds Merchant Bank Limited has appointed Mr John A. Anderson a Director from the Ist July 1985. Lloyds Merchant Bank is the Merchant Bank formed following the merger of Lloyds Bank International and Lloyds Bank PLC in 1984, incorporating the activities of the Advisory, Capital Markets, Exports and Project Finance, Investment Management and Development Capital,, handled by the Lloyds group both in the United Kingdom and internationally. Mr Anderson is the Chief Executive and Director of South Pacific Merchant Finance Limited and Southpac Corporation Limited. He is also Chairman of the New Zealand Merchant Bank’s Association.
