Tour injunction
Sir, — Is it possible that of the lawyers who take cases into the Courts only half succeed, meaning that 50 per cent of the time lawyers may be wrong? Is it possible that as the Bench is supplied from the lawyers, that they may possibly also get it wrong? Whatever Mr Palmer, who is strangely silent on this issue, decides, please let us keep our privileged access to the Privy Council. — Yours, etc., JOHN LAKEMAN. Loburn, July 23, 1985.
