A six-storey building nowbeing built at 172 Hereford Street has been sold to the Metropolitan Life Assurance Company of New' Zealand. Ltd. for $2.4 million. The previous owner of the building, Castleton Securities. Ltd. bought the midcity site for redevelopment in May last year.
