Dairy merger
The Hikurangi Co-operative Dairy Company, Northland’s smallest such company, is planning to amalgamate with the Northland Co-operative Dairy Company. Directors of both companies have agreed to the proposal, which will be put to shareholders of the companies. Hikurangi company has been operating since 1904.
