New orchard
Grocorp Pacific, Ltd, is to buy a 40 ha stonefruit and raspberry orchard in Cam-' bridge. The $1.6 million purchase was partly in cash and the balance by issue of non-interest-bearing convertible notes to the value of $475,000.
