VIEWERS’ VIEWS

Sick of critics Sir,—How heartily sick and tired I am of listening to the raving critics of the present TVNZ production of “Roche.” I think it is great and TVNZ have a justifiable right to be proud of it. The violence and language are no worse than some episode’s of “Hill Street Blues” and “The Sweeney,” to mention a few. It is high time New Zealanders took their heads out of the sand and gave “Roche,” and some other local programmes, the appreciation they deserve. Yours, etc., TIMOTHY BAKER.
