Man lifted off roof
A Fire Service snorkel unit was called yesterday afternoon to the aid of a man who had suffered an injured hand while working on the roof of a two-storey house in Burnside. The man suffered the injury when a nail gun went off in his hand. Firemen raised the ladder of the snorkel unit so the man could be taken off the roof more quickly.
