TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEER The Railways Corporation is seeking a professional Telecommunications Engineer to be employed on the main trunk electrification project. The Telecommunications system being installed as part of this project is a Long Haul Multi-Access Digital Fibre-Optic System, utilising computer control and supervision. This position offers the successful applicant broad scope for involvement in all aspects of a modern telecommunications network, coupled with the challenge of a multi-discipline engineering management role. The applicant will preferably be a Registered Engineer with a sound knowledge and broad experience in telecommunications. Some experience in project management would be an advantage.
