First loss in shooting
Rail-East I had its first loss when it was beaten by University in the latest round of the Christchurch Smallbore Rifle Association's competition. The two teams are now equal on points. Possibles in the competition round were shot by J. A. Neale, with 100.8, and J. Glass. 100.3.
