Sudan visit
PA Wellington The Rev. James Lyons, director of Catholic Communications in New Zealand, will represent the Christian denominations in a fact-finding visit to Sudan and Ethiopia. He will leave on July 10 at the request of the Catholic Commission for Evangelisation, Justice and Development and the Churches Drought Action in Africa. Father Lyons will meet church aid workers in Sudan and visit projects related to the churches’ drought appeal.
