R. Jones buys in Sydney
PA Wellington Robt Jones Investments, Ltd, has received Australian Foreign Investment Review Board approval to buy Sydney industrial buildings from National Mutual Insurance, worth SNZB.4M. The purchases are being made jointly with an Australian property group with whom Robt Jones Investments personnel have had a long commercial relationship. The properties are being bought for upgrading, reletting and selling and are expected to yield a pre-tax profit of more than $5.5M.
