Chicken in a bag
Ingredients: Chicken pieces, one per person Small tin crushed pineapple 1 packet cream of chicken soup mix 1 tablespoon soy sauce oven bag Method: 1. Place chicken pieces in a single layer in the oven bag. 2. Spoon the pineapple over the chicken. 3. Sprinkle soup mix over
chicken then add the soy sauce. 4. Tie the bag and place in roasting dish. 5. Cook in a moderately hot oven for one hour, turning once during the cooking period.
