Sarkis mourned
The Lebanese President, Mr Amin Gemayel, led mourners yesterday at the funeral of a former President, Elias Sarkis, who died in Paris on Friday. The Requiem Mass in Christian east Beirut was attended by a Syrian delegation led by a Minister representing the President, Mr Hafez Assad. — Beirut.
