ANZ merger
The Australian and New Zealand Banking Group, Ltd, has completed arrangements to merge the businesses of Australian International Finance Corporation, Ltd, Grindlays Australia, Ltd, and part of the operations of Del-fin-BNY Acceptances, Ltd. The deputy group managing director of ANZ, Mr Reg Nicolson, said the merged operations will soon trade under the name of ANZ Capital Markets Corporation, Ltd.
