PA- Wellington Angora Corporation (N.Z.) the new goat embryo transfer float, has started its stock acquisition programme for goats and deer, says the chairman, Mr F. B. McKenzie. The 400 recipient goat does, for the embryo transfer programme, have been bought. “We have also acquired or entered into contracts to secure 51 pure-bred donor
animals from top Australian stud lines, the details of which will be announced later.” Of the initial stock of 115 deer hinds required, 103 have been purchased and the company would proceed to acquire its stags before the next mating season.
