Obituary Mr Peter Warwick
PA Dunedin Mr Peter J. Warwick, head of the music department of Otago Boys’ High School, and organist and choirmaster of Knox Church, has died in Dunedin. Mr Warwick was born in Wanganui in 1934. He served as head of the music department at three secondary schools — Westlake, Auck-
land (1967 to 1971), King’s High, Dunedin (1971 to 1978), and Otago Boys’ High School from 1979 until his death. He was musical director of the Schola Cantorum of Dunedin from 1974 until 1982. For many years he directed the secondary schools’ choir festival in Dunedin.
