Andas cash
A special resolution passed at an a extraordinary meeting of Andas Group Ltd shareholders will allow, subject to High Court approval, cash distribution to shareholders from the company’s share premium account. The office machine distributor has $250,000 in the account and the move will enable tax-free dividends to be paid from it to holders of ordinary shares in the company.
