Air N.Z. cuts U.S. fares
PA ,■ Wellington Air New Zealand has substantially reduced fares for. young ! .* people , travelling to f and from the United States. The fares package, applying from mid-June to the end of July, would enable families to take cheaper holidays inffthe United States, said -- an airline spokesman. • Fares, which normally applied Xtb children-. 12 and Under would be extended to people under 21. Over the same period, the adult return fare to Los Angeles from Auckland would be reduced to $1799, $1869 from Wellington, and $1879 from Christchurch. Tickets must be bought before July 5 and the package would run to the end of September, the spokesman said.
