Any one item of goods must not exceed 10kg gross weight. 5. Hubbard - Christchurch Foodstuffs (ChCh) Co-operative Society Ltd - Special Condition: “the provisions of Section 109 (i) of the Transport Act 1962 shall not apply to the cartage of 2 vehicles of goods usually sold in supermarkets from the main bulk warehouse in Papanui to retail outlets in Ashburton and Timaru and other outlets in Mid-Canterbury and South-Canterbury.” AMEND CONTINUOUS GOODS SERVICE LICENCE - N 0.7556 - McKay Earthmovers Ltd, Christchurch by deleting Special Condition No.l and substituting: “the provisions of Section 109 (i) of the Transport Act 1962 shall not apply to the cartage on 2 vehicles (one of which shall be a trailer only) of goods whose weight or dimensions precluded their cartage by rail . . .” Area South Island. (a) Cartage of computer equipment as detailed and the company’s own packing materials — computerised equipment including data processing, word processing, reprographic, video and electronic equipment (but not including the domestic type of electrical goods such as television sets, stereograms and video recorders) and switchboards in an uncrated condition in the No’s 4, 58, 6 and 7 Goods Service Districts. (b) Own packaging materials for furniture removals when carried with or for household removals in the No’s 4,58, 6 and 7 Goods Service Districts. 1 vehicle. 5 The provisions of Section 109 (1) of the Transport Act 1962 shall not apply in respect of three vehicles only to the cartage in the No’s 8 and 9 Transport Districts of: . (b) Packaging materials, being the property of the licensee or Movements International Movers Ltd, for furniture and for computers when carried in conjunction with loads of those goods. 6. The provisions of Section 109 (1) of the Transport Act 1962 shall not apply in respect of one vehicle only to the cartage of modular kitchen joinery and vanity units in the No’s 8 and 9 Transport Districts. 7 The provisions of Section 109 (1) of the Transport Act 1962 shall not apply to the cartage (on five vehicles only) throughout New Zealand, of: (a) Computerised equipment including data processing, word processing, reprographic, video and electronic equipment (not including domestic goods) and switchboards, all in an uncrated condition. (b) Own packaging materials for furniture and computers when carried in conjunction with loads of those goods. Computer stationery and allied materials used in setting up the computer equipment being carried. The same goods may not be picked up and set down in the North Island. 8 The provisions of Section 109 (1) of the Transport Act 1962, shall not apply to the cartage (on one vehicle) throughout New Zealand of own packing materials for furniture when carried with household removals and new 9 One rail exemption certificate may issue exempting the licensee from the provisions of Section 109 of the Transport Act 1962 for carriage in the No s 1 to 11 Transport Districts (inclusive) of: (a) Licensees own packing ma (b) I Computerised equipment including data processing, word processing, ( reprographic video and electronic equipment and switchboards in an iincrated condition The term “computerised equipment as used above does not include the domestic type of electrical goods such as television sets, radios, stereograms, video cassette recorders and calculators.
