Pacer shares
The directors of Pacer Corporation, Ltd, have issued' a don’t-sell notice. They said shareholders should not sell their shares as negotiations were proceeding that could have a material effect on the value of Pacer shares. They expected to have a more de-
tailed announcement within 14 days.
