Amalgamation of dairies
PA Hamilton The Te Aroha-Thames Valley Co-operative Dairy Company — fresh from rejecting one merger proposal — is proposing to amalgamate with its Morrinsville neighbour. Instead, its directors hoped to amalgamate with the Morrinsville Co-Operative Dairy Company. Both companies have written to shareholders recommending the move.
