Blue Ladder plays
Three farces will be published in a book due for publication soon.
The medieval farces were performed by the Blue Ladder Theatre group last year and two members of that group, Bill and Carol Direen, translated the plays from the medieval French.
The stage instructions for the plays will be included in the book.
The volume will be published by South Indies, a publishing group associated with the theatre. Each volume will include an original print by Mary Kay.
Bill and Carol Direen are now working on a reconstruction of an Eastern myth for performances at the Blue Ladder and the Robert McDougall Art Gallery latere in the year.
