Riccarton Knitwit News DEAR KNITWITS, Our next series of Knitwit classes commence next Tuesday, June 4th, at either 9.30 a.m. or 7.30 p.m. If you have been thinking of coming along do pick up the phone and give us a call, you will be so pleased you did. Our course is not just about sewing “T” shirts, etc, but we take you through a very comprehensive course. During your eight weeks with us we will have you sewing jackets, skirts, trousers, tops, tie neck blouses, frocks, leisure wear and you will finish on your lingerie. Believe me it is true and the most exciting point is that our way of sewing is just so quick and easy, no zips or darts, or even any tedious seam neatenings. Maybe we will have one or two knitwit ladies who may wish to come along at the same time and do a refresher course. Using your own book (books) you receive the 8 2hour lessons for $3O, or trade in your old books for a new manual for $45. This is an ideal time to come along, putting these colder days to good use. * We have another Creative Design Class commencing June 10th, 9.30 a.m. or 7.30 p.m. * Knacks and Notions. Monday 24th June. 10 a.m. or 7 p.m. * Knitwit membership Cardholders your specials this week entitle you to 10% off any poly/mohair prints. Ideal for blouses, soft frocks and skirts.
