Company wound up
An order winding up Southern Steel, Ltd, a company incorporated in July, 1983, with a paid-up capital of $15,000, was made by Mr Justice Roper in the High ■ Court yesterday. Christopher John Bradley,
an accountant for Freightways Road (Canterbury), Ltd, gave evidence that Southern Steel owed his company $20,909 for the transport of goods in November and December last year.
