Talks at Westfield
PA Auckland Westfield freezing workers, who remained on strike yesterday, will meet tomorrow to consider a return to work. However, the general manager of the Westfield Freezing Company, Mr Alan Parker, said he was confi-
dent the 1300-member workforce would end the stoppage tomorrow. In that event, killing would resume on Monday. Mr Parker said considerable progress had been made towards resolving the dispute at a series of meetings yesterday.
