IT IS HEREBY PUBLICLY NOTIFIED that it is the intention of the Christchurch Transport Board at a Special Meeting of the Board to be held in the Christchurch Transport Board, Board Room, Cathedral Square, Christchurch at 12.30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4, 1985 to make a general rate of .14666 cents in the dollar on the Capital Value of all rateable property in the Christchurch Transport District for the period comencing on the Ist day of April 1985 and ending on the Ist day of March 1986, and to confirm as a Special Order at a subsequent meeting of the Board the resolution so passes, such rate as adjusted in terms of Part IX of the Rating Act 1967, to be levied and collected by the Christchurch City Council, the Riccarton Borough Council and the Waimairi District Council, Heathcote and Paparua County Councils within their respective districts and to be payable in one sum or in instalments on the days respectively appointed by the said Local Bodies for the payment of rates for their respective districts.
