The Board operates one of N.Z.'s largest Datapoint installations and whilst the appointee must be familiar with interactive on-line systems, experience with Datapoint equipment would be desirable. The successful applicant will be responsible for the effective control of the entire system including staff training and the planning and scheduling of work. We are seeking a person with an innovative approach in managing the operation of the present installation and in on-going development of the Board's data processing and information A systems. Salary will be in the range of $29,220 to $34,500, depending upon experience, plus other benefits.
