We have an interesting range of current projects including industrial and commercial developments, medium rise and residential buildings and recreational marine and industrial structures. Our facilities include in-house computer and soils testing laboratory. CIVIL ENGINEER A graduate civil engineer or senior engineering technician to work on a wide variety of projects in the fields of soils investigation and testing, marine and harbour engineering and several works. Applicants should have experience in handling small boats. The successful applicant will be based in our Newmarket office, but will be expected to spend some time out of Auckland. SYSTEMS SUPPORT POSITIONS Burroughs Systems Support staff are involved in supporting new and existing customers. They exercise considerable personal responsibility for customer projects. They require good communication skills and the ability to work without close supervision. Your experience and career to date may include: — Either accounting or other business experience, preferably with some exposure to data processing systems. — Or in-depth data processing experience, preferably with some knowledge of Burroughs hardware and software products. SALES EXECUTIVES Burroughs Sales staff promote a comprehensive range of hardware and software products to prospective and existing customers. Applicants need to be highly motivated with good organisational and presentation skills. There are currently two positions available: 1. SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE: your experience will include — Demonstrable track record in data processing 58.16 S - Experience in high-level management negotiations. 2. SALES REPRESENTATIVE: your experience will include — — Either accounting or other business experience. — Or demonstrable sales experience in another field. - Preferably with a business degree.
