Auckland-based listed group, Wilkins and Davies Construction, Ltd, says that unlisted Rotorua-based Mills Machinery, Ltd, will not be making an offer to all W and D shareholders. W and D told the Stock Exchange that negotiations were taking place between Mills Machinery and major W and D shareholders with a view to Mills acquiring a shareholding in Wilkins. It said Mills would not be making an offer to other W and D shareholders.
