AMURI COUNTY COUNCIL CLOSURE OF ROADS TO ORDINARY VEHICULAR TRAFFIC PURSUANT to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is hereby given that for the purpose of allowing the Matnfrelght 3ZM Rally 1985 promoted by the Autosport Club, to hold a car rally, the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the periods Indicated hereunder: During the periods of closure the following provisions will be made for ordinary vehicular traffic which would otherwise use the roads: Access available for emergency purposes (Rally Officials to stop competing cars to provide safe access in the case of an emergency). Roads to be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic: (a) Jamesons Road from Isolated Hill Road to Palmside Road. (b) Palmside Road from Jamesons Road to Lowry Peaks Road. (c) Lowry Peaks Road from Palmside Road to Kalwara Road. (d) Kalwara Road from Lowry Peaks Road east to the County Boundary. (That portion of Kalwara Road running south from the Intersection with Lowry Peaks Road will not be used by the rally, but will be cut off while the rally passes). Registrations are invited from persons or organisations who may be interested in purchasing this gas in bulk. The major constituents of the gas are methane (66 per cent) and carbon dioxide (34 per cent). The gas Is suitable for a range of applications including industrial heating, fuel for large stationary engines and in treated condition as a vehicle fuel. The quantity of biogas available would depend to some extent on arrangements made with the purchaser. The likely figure is 3000 cubic metres per day, but could by special arrangement be negotiated much higher possibly to 10,000 cubic metres per day. Registrations close with the undersigned, P.O.
