Rugby coach
Ceddy Smith will again select and coach the Canterbury under-18 A rugby team this winter. Last year his team won the South Island tournament.
Canterbury will also have an under-18 B team this season and it will be selected by Trevor Hanson.
There will be two teams, too, in the South Eland under--16 tournament, and Bill Thorpe will have charge of the A side and Neville Duckmanton the B team,
