Special strip
The Albion senior team need have no fears about not being noticed this winter. To mark its centenary, the club has been given permission for the senior team to appear in the club’s original strip, of sky blue and brown-hooped jerseys and socks, and blue shorts. All other teams will wear the normal black jerseys, white shorts and black and white socks. The centennial jerseys have been given to the 21 players in the senior squad, and most will no doubt value them as mementos. However, those with an eye to a sale at the end of the season should have no trouble finding a buyer among collectors of rugby memorabilia.
