Plans 15707 and 15708, amounting In area to 22.5776 hectares or thereabouts and adjoining Certificates of Title 546/49, 787/15, 787/17 and Pt. Rural Section 29261, (1915 Gazette Page 3606, 4037). PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Both sides of Coleridge Road between the N.Z.E.D. power generating facility at Coleridge and Homestead Road, are proposed to be closed, leaving the existing formed and sealed road on the remaining centre portion, with a varying width of about 12 to 30 metres. PURPOSE OF PROPOSAL: The closed road Is proposed to be disposed of to the adjoining landowners for private use so as to achieve better utilisation of that land. INSPECTION OF PLANS: The plans referred to above are available for inspection during normal office hours until May 9,1985, at the office of the Malvern County Council, 1 South Terrace, Darfield.
