Jubilee luncheon

England-based old girls of St Margaret’s College in Christchurch will celebrate the school’s seventy-fifth anniversary with a luncheon in the Penthouse of New Zealand House on May 9.
There are a number of well-known old girls living in Britain.
They include the broadcaster, Nancy Wise, who is also <yi the advisory coun-
cils of several British colleges and edits the “Equal Opportunities International” journal. A former prefect, Ballinda Myers, has lived in England for 25 years after setting out on ,r the typical 18-month working holiday.” She works as a science adviser for the Hertfordshire County Council after a teaching career. Rosemary Hurst is a partner in Austin-Smith, a London firm.
