WE were asked not long ago to repair a Nakamlchl 500, a model from 10 years back. It was delivered to us on the flatdeck of a truck, a side panel was missing and It was obvious that the Naka had had a very hard life (photos on file). After a small repair, our service technician reported that the response “was still flat to 15k.” Other parameters measured well and It was back to the grind for the 500. This tale Illustrates (to us at least) the value of the present range of Nakamlchl cassette decks.
